These terms explain how buyers, private sellers and motor dealers may use NI Wheels.

1. About NI Wheels
NI Wheels is a trading name of Supacel Technologies Ltd and operates as an online advertising marketplace. We introduce buyers to independent private sellers and dealers. Unless we clearly say otherwise, NI Wheels does not own, inspect or sell the vehicles advertised and is not a party to the vehicle sale.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep access to your email secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised use. Users must be at least 18 to place an advert or enter a paid service.
3. Vehicle adverts
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of their advert. Material facts must not be hidden. NI Wheels may review, reject, suspend or remove adverts that breach these terms, our seller rules or the law.
4. Buying a vehicle
Buyers must carry out their own checks before paying or collecting a vehicle. Check the seller’s identity, ownership, finance status, vehicle history, mileage, roadworthiness and documentation. Any registration lookup or finance illustration is for convenience and is not a guarantee.
5. Free launch offer and future prices
Private adverts are free during the NI Wheels launch offer and normally run for four weeks from approval. Founding dealer access is free for the promotional period shown on the website. No card is required and NI Wheels will not charge you automatically. We will provide clear notice before introducing paid adverts or dealer plans. Any future price and terms will be shown before you choose to purchase. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use NI Wheels for fraud, unlawful content, scraping, spam, impersonation, malware or interference with the service. Do not copy site content or use seller and buyer details for unrelated marketing.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep NI Wheels available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every advert is genuine. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Supacel Technologies Ltd is not responsible for a seller’s vehicle, statements, conduct or a transaction arranged through the site.
8. Law
These terms are governed by Northern Ireland law. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings elsewhere that apply to them.
